By submitting a search or using FindMyMeds, you agree to these terms.
What the service does
FindMyMeds helps users request checks of current medication availability at pharmacies. The service does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, transfer prescriptions, dispense medication, or act as a pharmacy.
Availability is not guaranteed
A pharmacy result reflects what was reported at a particular time. It is not a reservation or guarantee. Inventory, price, insurance acceptance, prescription validity, dispensing eligibility, and pharmacy policies can change. Contact the pharmacy before traveling or changing a prescription destination.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, have or be able to obtain a valid prescription, keep your tracking link private, use the service only for lawful personal purposes, and avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.
Pharmacy decisions
The pharmacy and prescriber remain solely responsible for prescription and dispensing decisions. FindMyMeds cannot require a pharmacy to disclose inventory, hold medication, accept insurance, fill a prescription, or provide a particular price.
Service changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, reject abusive or incomplete requests, and update these terms. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
Emergencies
FindMyMeds is not an emergency service. Call 911 or seek immediate professional care for a medical emergency.
